Meet the Team

Mikki, Front Desk

My name is Mikki. I have two children and I am the proud grandmother of three granddaughters. I am the person you meet first when you walk in the office. To me each patient is unique and their treatment is also. In my position I discuss your treatment, the financial arrangements necessary to take care of your dental health and scheduling appointments. I especially enjoy seeing families come with their children, watching them grow and sharing stories with patients about their families. I love my job and working in a family-like environment. Good dental health is a top priority for Dr. Stryker and we strive to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit at our office.

I spend most of my weekends at my granddaughters athletic events which include softball, and cheer competitions. When I'm not attending sporting events, I enjoy hanging out with my friends.

Beth also worked as a dental assistant for the graduate department of periodontics at UTHSCSA. Beth is a wonderful team player with a gentle touch. Patients enjoy the calm atmosphere that Beth provides during their hygiene appointments.

Beth is a loving wife and a mother of 3. On her free time, Beth enjoys fishing with her family and attending her kids athletic activities of baseball and track.

Erica, Dental Assistant

Erica was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Erica graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 2005. After high school, Erica attended Our Lady of The Lake University, where she was studying early elementary education. Although she loved her studies, Erica felt like her heart was pulling her into the dental field. Burdened by the realization of how many people feared their dental experience, Erica decided to make it her personal career goal to provide each patient in her care an anxiety-free experience. She graduated from Kaplan College with her Registered Dental Assisting license from the state of Texas. What started as a job quickly developed into a passion.

Erica is a mother to a beautiful, talented daughter. Erica spends most of her time at her daughters athletics activities which include softball and basketball.
